Who would not love to see this sneaky guy in the room? But you'll have to look hard because this chameleon likes to camouflage himself.

Karl the Chameleon is lovingly hand crocheted from my home in New Zealand and is made from 100% cotton yarn and filled with hobby fibrefill. Acrylic yarn is substituted when cotton yarn is unavailable.

Unlike real chameleons that have pigmented skin cells to change colour, all you need to do with Karl is turn him inside out through his mouth.

Karl is 48cm (19 inches) long and 33cm (13inches) in width from elbow to elbow.

Chameleons have a prehensile tail which they can use to hold on to things which is handy because you will need to use Karl's tail to turn him inside out.

Karl the Chameleon would love to be owned by a little boy or girl who can take him on adventures, but make sure it's not anywhere too scary because Karl tends to camouflage himself when he's scared.

Alternatively, he'd feel just at home with an adult who doesn't mind that Karl's not the handsomest guy to look at.

Karl comes from a non-smoking, pet free home.

Karl is currently lime green on one side and colourful camo on the other. However, I can make him in any colour combination you like.
