Who would not love to see this friendly lion in the room? After all, he doesn't bite. Lionesses are better hunters than males so Liam is just content to sit back and let others do the work!
Liam the Lion is lovingly hand crocheted from my home in New Zealand and is made from 100% cotton yarn and filled with polyester hobby fibrefill.
Liam is a little lazy. Other lions can reach speeds of up to 81km/h (50mph) but only in short bursts. They don't have the stamina to run marathons and can't find running shoes to fit them anyway.
Liam is pretty long for a lion. He measures 36cm (14 inches) from tip of nose to tip of rump. He stands 15cm (6 inches) tall.
A family group of lions is called a pride but with all the roaring they make, you'll be glad you only have one.
Liam's safety eyes and nose are firmly attached but if you prefer, I can make his eyes and nose with yarn.
Liam the Lion would love to be owned by a little boy or girl who can take him on adventures during the day. However, because lion eyes are six times more sensitive to light than ours, he'll need to wear sunglasses during the day.
Alternatively, he'd feel just at home with an adult who can take him on walks or runs because Liam loves to stretch his legs.
Liam the Lion comes from a non-smoking, pet free home.
Liam is traditional yellow but if you'd prefer other colours, just let me know as Liam can be made in any colour combination you like.

Liam takes 7 - 21 days before he is ready to post or collect.
